Fly Agaric (Amanita muscaria) is one of the most famous mushrooms in the world. If someone draws a picture of a mushroom or uses it in a game, it is generally a fly agaric.


The ones that grow around here (Michigan, USA) are a lighter orange color. I like the red ones because they are so much more striking.


By the way, it is toxic, hallucinogenic, and will cause stomach distress.
